Hello,

My name is Hugo, and I’m originally from Portugal. I studied Art History, where I developed strong skills in painting and drawing, alongside interests in theatre and music.

I have always had a passion for travel and love spending time by the beach. My enthusiasm for cooking led me to move to London, where I worked as a chef at the Hilton London Trafalgar Square. I later relocated to Ireland and continued my culinary journey at the Conrad Dublin.

Today, as Operations Supervisor with Artizan, I’m delighted to support the team at Anthropic by overseeing your breakfast and lunch service. It’s a pleasure to serve you, and I’m passionate about creating a welcoming food experience that helps make your workday more enjoyable.
